For a bug, it helps enormously to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing just before it happened. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

Common questions

Does it sync between my devices?

No. Everything is stored on the iPhone you created it on, and the app has no network connection at all. There is no iPad or Mac version, and no web version. This is the honest trade for collecting nothing about you.

What happens to my routines if I delete the app?

They are deleted with it. Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no copy to restore from. If you back up your iPhone, the app's data is part of that backup, so restoring the whole device from a backup made while the app was installed will bring the routines back.

How do I skip one day without deleting the routine?

Tap the routine's block on the day you want to clear, scroll down, and choose Delete only for that date. The routine itself is untouched and still happens on every other day. The ordinary Delete routine button below it removes it everywhere.

Why does one routine appear on two days?

A routine that runs past midnight — sleep, a night shift — is drawn on both the evening it starts and the morning it ends, so the timeline shows your real day. It is still a single occurrence: ticking off either half ticks off both, and the weekly stats count it once, at its full length, on the day it started.

A reminder didn't arrive

First check that notifications are allowed for Loff Routine in the iOS Settings app, and that Remind me is switched on for that particular routine.

iOS also limits how many reminders an app may have waiting at once. Loff Routine schedules the soonest ones first, so the next few days are always covered, and the app's own Settings screen will tell you if any had to be left out.

Why is my weekly chart almost all one category?

If you track sleep as a routine, it will take up most of the week — roughly a third of all your hours. That is accurate, if not very useful. Leaving sleep out, or giving it its own category and reading past it, gives a clearer picture of your waking time.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes, please do. Email is the place for it, and saying what you were trying to do is more useful than suggesting the button you think would fix it.

Requirements

iPhone running iOS 17 or later. The app is portrait-only and designed for iPhone; on iPad it runs as an iPhone app.
